Excellent bagels and coffee. Got an everything bagel with loxs, there was a nice ratio of salmon to cream cheese and the coffee was perfect. Very friendly service, we will he going again

They have a brunch special that's pretty reasonably priced but the combinations are a little weird. We got the garlic eggwich which was ok. The garlic 'focaccia like' bread was good but weird as a breakfast choice. I'd prefer a bagel, English muffin or something without the garlic. They do have a ham bagel sandwich but I don't like ham. For $5.25 this comes with boba milk tea or Thai iced tea (also with boba), but I'd prefer coffee or iced coffee sans boba. I'd be much more likely to come back if there were more options for the brunch deal price. Otherwise you pay more for your solo sandwich and a drink would be extra of course.
3 stars is partially because I had to go back and ask for our drinks. The combo comes with the drinks and I kept thinking she was making them but they never came so I went back to the counter to remind her. No apology, she just made the drinks right then and handed them over. I really need to learn to tip after and not when I pay. It also reflects the lack of options for the brunch deal.
Maybe the place will grow on me, who knows. -

This place is so pricey for what they offer you !
I got a ham and egg bagel and a ice vanilla coffee came all to 10.18? They charging me $1 extra for adding vanilla on my coffee? Are you kidding me ?

This is the last place around town I go for bagels. Sure, 42nd street might have sexist owners, but at least they don't leave your bagel sitting on the counter for 5 minutes while they chat with another customer. Plus the bagels here taste like they were made somewhere else and brought in, slightly better than a bagel you'd get in a cafeteria but I'd go to 42nd street or sals bagelry any day instead.
Edit: editing because they messed my order up even though I was the only person waiting when I ordered. IT'S NOT HARD TO PUT THE CREAM CHEESE ON THE SIDE! THREE WORKERS IN A DEAD SHOP AND YOU CANT DO ANYTHING RIGHT!! -

I researched all the comments and even though there were old complaints about one employee, all said the food was good. So I decided to try!! I WAS NOT DISAPPOINTED!! Service was excellent, polite and even though the Owner was busy, he helped me with my items out to my car! And the lady in the line ahead said she was a regular for a long time and had yet to be anything but pleased. I bought a Baker's Dozen (13) bagels and the sun dried tomatoes cream cheese and the honey walnut cream cheese took them to my sister's full house with six hungry adults and a picky grandchild. OH MY GOODNESS!! We were all in our yummy place! Bagels were SO FRESH, chewy on the outside soft on the inside. Both cheeses were incredibly delicious. I personally bought a loaf of their sugar free bread made with all natural ingredients. It was soft, tender and flavorful. And I got a boba milk tea which was personally made fresh. I wish I could give TEN stars to negate all those nay sayers. You really must go for yourself like I did. (See pics)
